As before I have used a photograph of a real animal to help me draw the main areas of this cat's body.
If you ignore the details (squint your eyes) you will see the cat is really built up from 3 blocks: one large oval for the body, including all four legs, a small circle for the head, plus a third area where the tail sticks out from the main body, as shown below:
